The patient as a person is very important to me! I was born with a passion for dentistry because I spent a lot of time as a child in my grandfather’s/father’s practice and later as a student in my uncle’s clinic for oral and maxillofacial surgery. There was also a great interest in dental surgery.
I combined my knowledge with my second passion – traveling – and carried out several development aid assignments with “German Doctors”. I regularly expand my knowledge at national and international dental and oral surgery training courses and conferences in order to be able to offer you the latest in dental care.

The German Society for Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine, founded in 1859, is one of the oldest scientific associations. It is the umbrella organization of the scientific groups in German dentistry, oral and maxillofacial medicine.

The Academy of Practice and Science (APW) was founded in 1974 by the German Society for Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine (DGZMK). As a subsidiary of the DGZMK, its goal and concern is to make new dental knowledge accessible to the dental profession in the form of structured further training.
By offering the basic course “General Dentistry”, the forerunner of today’s curricular advanced training system, the APW did pioneering work in the field of advanced dental training in Germany in 1974.
