appointment cancellation

Dear Patients,

your appointments are important to us and are reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do not reschedule or miss your appointment on short notice.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
In the case of short-notice cancellations (e.g. due to illness) or no-shows, we are unfortunately obliged to charge the appointment privately.
Cancellations can only be accepted in person, by phone, or in writing (by email or via Doctolib).
